​Community Center for Healthy Minds (CCHM) is a program that is dedicated to supporting the community by providing Substance Abuse (MATRIX Model), to court-ordered participants and the general public. Our objective is to raise the participant’s awareness through education and make it possible to affect change and empower them. Through the knowledge and education received, our participants are able to make healthier decisions that can positively benefit them for a lifetime. *CCHM will also reference and use traditional 12-step program processes from (AA) Alcoholics
Anonymous which research has shown as also useful in the client’s recovery.

Parenting
Using the Breakthrough Parenting technique, our trained professionals focus on educating parents on how to address the challenges of being a parent and how to create a suitable environment where all family members are supported
